Animation for Starbucks

Earlier this summer, I worked on a video to introduce Fizzio, Starbuck's new line of handcrafted sodas. I designed, illustrated, and animated all the visuals, which was a fun whirlwind of a process. Now that Fizzio has been unveiled to the world, I'm excited to be able to share the video with you:

Here are style frames I created at the beginning of the project to show the client two possible directions:

Thanks for taking a look!

Stunner in the Summer

Here's a piece that I worked on with the good folks at Remedy Pictures, it's a short documentary about a poster contest Veer held last year. I animated all the graphics in two days, mainly using After Effects. It was great fun getting to make the quirky animations and getting to see all the poster entries, which were both a hoot and holler.

Adventures in Etsyland

Good day, Ladies and Gentlemen!

I just finished working on an animation project, Adventures in Etsyland, and I can't wait to share the results with you! It was collaborative effort with my artist friend Kit Seaton. We developed the story together and then split the work up between us. She did all of the character design and most of the drawings, I handled the coloring and animation. Flo Musser was generous enough to compose and perform a sound track.

Adventures in Etsyland was created for the "Handmade Moment" contest held by Etsy.com, and the number of views the video gets is one of main factors that determines the finalist. So please take a moment to watch this short, 30 second film: http://www.andymusser.com/animation/adventuresinetsyland.html. And if you dig it please, we would greatly appreciate it if you share it with others that you know will enjoy it.
Thank you very much and enjoy!
